James has over 26 years’ experience in property sales, lettings, and management. He previously worked for well-established corporate companies based in East London and Islington, before establishing his own firm in Lower Clapton in 2015. James was born and still lives in Hackney and has extensive knowledge of the local area and all it has to offer.
He prides himself in providing all clients with a super-efficient, friendly, and bespoke service.
David Saltman
David has 40 years’ experience of managing residential and commercial sales and lettings as well as land and development acquisitions.
His extensive knowledge of the property market ensures realistic valuations and sound advice on pricing strategies so you can secure an efficient sale at maximum price.

Sean Ward
Sean is the Sales Manager for our Islington office, bringing nine years of experience selling property across North and East London. Originally from Ireland, he relocated to London in 2017 to pursue his passion for property and has since built a strong, in-depth understanding of the local market.
Holding a degree in Social Care, Sean is naturally people-focused and motivated by helping others-an ethos that underpins his client-first approach to property sales. He is known for his honest advice, strong relationship-building skills, and consistent ability to deliver results for his clients.
Outside of work, Sean is a dedicated sports enthusiast and football coach. He enjoys attending live sporting events of all kinds, from football and boxing to tennis and more.
Joanna Attrill
Joanna is sales progressor for the sales team at Wild & Co. She has been in the industry for 22 years and has National Association of Estate Agents (NAEA) qualifications. Once your sale is agreed, she will contact you to run through the sales progression process and then be able to assist with any enquiries throughout the sale – making the transaction as smooth as possible.

Annie is an independent qualified Mortgage & Protection Advisor dedicated to providing a transparent and trustworthy service. She says:
