James Wild
James has over 26 years’ experience in property sales, lettings, and management. He previously worked for well-established corporate companies based in East London and Islington, before establishing his own firm in Lower Clapton in 2015. James was born and still lives in Hackney and has extensive knowledge of the local area and all it has to offer.
He prides himself in providing all clients with a super-efficient, friendly, and bespoke service.
Ovi Apostu
Ovi is experienced and professional, with eight years’ expertise in sales and lettings. He has a background in working for large corporations as well as small independent estate agencies. He has a MBA Degree in Business Management, demonstrating his commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
Beyond sales and lettings, Ovi brings invaluable experience in management and property maintenance. Speaks fluent Romanian.
Travis Knight
Travis is an experienced sales and lettings negotiator, previously having worked for a well- known franchise in Stoke Newington. Raised and living in Islington, he has extensive knowledge of local communities, transport, education, entertainment, and culture. He has a sound understanding of the property industry and prides himself in sourcing clients’ properties for purchase or rent. He epitomises the values of the company as a friendly, honest, and pragmatic professional who is always willing to help.
Travis is also a qualified teacher and counsellor, with a BA Hons in Caribbean Studies and English Literature.
Aria Sarwary
Aria has recently joined Wild & Co. and has already proved herself a valuable member of our team.
Aria holds an MBA and is currently advancing her expertise by pursuing an MSc in International Business. Her past experience includes working as a business development officer and programme officer. Speaks fluent Persian.

Annie is an independent qualified Mortgage & Protection Advisor dedicated to providing a transparent and trustworthy service. She says:
